Who we are,

After spending a number of years learning the trade, from carpentry to estimating and expediting, Tom Drumm started accepting jobs as an independent contractor in 1974.
By 1979 we had grown to the point of incorporating as Drumm Associates. In 1980 we moved to our present location and constructed a building to house our wood shop and offices.

As our company changed so did our approach to employment. Where we once had personnel on our payroll to accomplish all construction needs we now take a team approach. Highly qualified sub contractors have been brought into our team. This saves our customers money by reducing our overhead. Most of our sub-contractors have been on our team for six or more years.

In 2002, Debbie joined her husband full time in the business by becoming the office manager. Brian, their son, after serving ten years as his father’s apprentice during the summer and school breaks, joined the company in 2006 as an owner. His university degree which included training in computer aided drafting has moved our designs from the drafting board to the computer.
Today our company stands ready to provide you the team to accomplish any renovation project. Our team includes kitchen and bath designers, a structural engineer, landscape designer and designers of decks and additions. We have expert carpenters and building mechanics to accomplish any home maintenance, renovation or repair.
